INGREDIENTS
60mls Aperol
90mls Italian Prosecco
30mls Soda Water
420mls Ice
Orange wedge (Valencia is best)
METHOD
- In a large wine glass full of ice (about 420ml of ice), simply add:
3 parts Prosecco (90mls)
2 parts Aperol (60mls),
1 part soda water (30mls, just a dash). - Garnish with an orange wedge. Salute!
